I'm Gerry, and I've been in the real estate business for over 30 years.

During that time I've pretty much seen it all, although never say never!  I still do see things I haven't run across before.  Nevertheless, I have been involved with every type of real estate transaction, from single-family homes to industrial lots to multi-million dollar commercial investment sales.

I spent most of my career on St. Simons Island, but I moved my family to the East Cobb area in 2021.  We go back to the beach to visit family, and I still have a brokerage there, but most of my time now is here in the Marietta/Roswell areas.

So what can I do for you?  When it comes to real estate, pretty much whatever you need or want.  And if I don't have the resource handy, I'll get it.  But the bottom line is I'm here to help you.
